Oh The True Joy Of Freedom

So one day, 3 years ago, my dad saw a commercial for T-mobile that said,
"Did you know you can control the hours your child can talk on the phone?"
This was the commercial that ruined my life.
That night my dad got on the computer and restricted my ability to talk with my peers at late hours of the night.
This is no big deal right??
Well you've never had this happen to you obviously because when your curfew is 12
(Yes im 18, graduated and I still have a curfew)
and my phone turns of at 11..
Yes, that leaves an hour that im outside the house and my phone can call no one except
mom, dad, sister, brother, and my creepy neighbor next door..
This becomes frustrating when my friends phone dies and we don't know where to meet ppl.
so I sat down and had my first adult conversation with my dad and reminded him..
That he cant expect me to act like an adult if im still treated like a child.
The next day I got a text at 11:10 and I was ecstatic!
Its shocking how simple things can make you happy.
Now 2 weeks later I sit here at the computer with my phone siting in my room and I haven't even cared to text anyone all night..
Its just the fact of being able to if I wanted to.
Its a great life:)
